Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, I am a fully qualified advanced fitness instructor with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs Level 3). I have a Professional Diploma in Personal Training, which includes a Diploma in Nutrition & Weight Management. As well as Freelance Personal Training, I also teach a variety of classes including Spinning, Thump Boxing, Circuits and Core Stability.
My real passion in life is to help others become healthier and fitter. I enjoy a very active lifestyle to keep fit and healthy, and like to lead by example.
