Thump is a great class with a great instructor, its good fun with a brilliant bunch of regulars, you know your doing it right when your sore the next day(or 2).
I look forward to coming to classes every week. The class is really enjoyable and always feel like i get a good work and satisfied. The class is really good and never get bored. I never struggle to get motivated for class as if I was going to the gym i would find an excuse not to go
I was always looking for an exercise class I enjoyed, the gym was a big NO NO for me. Someone recommended THUMP to me & a friend so we went along and not looked back since. It is a great class & Stacey is a good instructor, who is focused & motivated. She is always happy to give advise, not just on the class but for general health & fitness. I look forward to going to both classes every week (unlike classes I've done before) its helped me become more motivated within myself, has helped me loss weight & become so more fitter & determained. I will/have recommended THUMP to people, it is definatley worth giving a go......I did it, SO CAN YOU!!!!!
THUMP is fantastic with Stacey keeping us all focussed and motivated. I love my THUMP classes, there are different routines so its never dull and you go away knowing youve achieved another level of fitness you never knew you had. Stacey gives encouragement, motivates you to come back week after week and has become a friend too. Would highly recommend this class.
THUMP boxing is by far the best fitness class I have ever attended. The atmosphere in the class is always buzzing and everyone works as a team to encourage each other to do better each week! Stacey is a great instructor and her enthusiasm and motivation to teaching THUMP rubs off on her team!
I have gone to Thump classes since the end of January with my daughter this year and absolutely love it, have lost weight and getting fitter by the week,it is better than going to the gym and Stacy is a great instructor, it must be the quickest hour of the day on a thump boxing night.

I have gone to thump in stonehaven since week one and have seen the class grow as well as staceys confidence and Passion. I have gone to lots of classes over the years but thump is the first class that passes so quickly I can't believe its been an hour. In addition because stacey mixes the routines up weekly you never know what comes next which makes it exciting. Stacey encourages you and pushes you to do your best as you know she believes you can do better. This is the first class i have been to that has toned my arms which is what you expect from thump but the cardio, leg work and abs proves its an all over workout. I challenge anyone to come along and not enjoy thump!
